I picked up a temporary rack from Orielly's (Cardone) so that I can at least have the car moving while I get the AGR rack worked out. I pulled the plunger in the pump to check out the spring which some have mentioned shortening. My pump is from AGR and it turns out that the spring behind the plunger is a little less than the 1 7/8" which was suggested cutting to. Just to make sure, is this the spring? The photo doesn't show it well, but this one is more like 1 3/4".
